Wyoming High School Football Huddle

After winning five 4A Wyoming football championships in six years in the 90's, Sheridan hit a dry spell that finally ended with a 40-15 victory over Cheyenne Central Saturday.
Sheridan, which captured Wyoming's first-ever high school football title back in 1931, was led by quarterback Austin Woodward, who ran for three touchdowns and passed for another. Sheridan finishes 11-1, while Cheyenne Central closes the season with a 9-3 mark.
